What is the process of making polymer clay jewelry?
Each piece of House of Sola jewelry begins with carefully blended colors which are mixed and conditioned. Depending on the design, textures and mixed media are added before the clay is cut into its signature shapes. After baking, each piece is drilled, sanded and buffed, then assembled with high-quality stainless steel findings. The result: jewelry crafted with intention at every step, from raw clay to refined adornment.

What are your metal components made of?
All metal components are made of either 304, 316 or 316L stainless steel. Stainless steel is recognized for its hypoallergenic properties which makes it a suitable choice for many people with sensitive skin as its composition minimizes the presence of common allergens, such as nickel and chromium. Stainless steel is an excellent long-term choice due to it being durable and tarnish resistant.
How do I care for my polymer clay jewelry?
To ensure you will be able to show off your House of Sola polymer clay jewelry for a long time, please handle your pieces with tender loving care by avoiding direct contact with perfume or lotions, removing them before exercising/swimming/sleeping, and by properly storing them in a dedicated pouch.
What are your delivery time frame and shipping cost?
Orders will be ready to ship within three business days.
Domestic shipping will take one business day and will be free for orders over AED175 (subject to a fee of AED22 otherwise).
International deliveries will be fulfilled by Aramex; anticipated delivery time frame is seven business days. Shipping cost will be calculated at check-out. Please be informed that the customer will be responsible for payment of customs duties, taxes and clearance-related charges.
What is your return policy?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within seven days should you notice any damage or missing items so we can arrange a replacement. While our jewelry is made to the highest standard, minor imperfections a well as slight deviations are inevitable due to each piece being crafted by hand, and do not warrant a replacement. Purchases are final, returns are not accepted.
